This assignment is part of the program of activities associated with the World Bank financed emergency grant to the Naghlu Hydropower Rehabilitation Project (NHRP), Afghanistan.
The project is comprised of six components and is likely to be managed by Da Afghanistan Breshan Sherkat (DABS) the National Electricity Dept, of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW). The local firm GHANI Afghanistan together with Resources Development Consultants (pvt) Ltd. Sri Lanka is carried out services for the Social Survey RFP # DABS-93-NCB-016 within this program of activities.
