TA for Management, Operation & Maintenance of Mixed Credit Financed Water Supply, Sanitation and Sewerage Projects
The TA project will initially be implemented at Central (Kandy) and North Western (Kurungegala) RSCs (regional service centers) and later will be extended to include training activities in Western/Gampaha RSC. The approach will be flexible and adjustments can be made during the implementation. The activities will be executed based on the policies and strategies prepared for the sub-sector. This project will assist the RSC in developing their management and business tools to fulfill their new role / responsibilities in respect of the management and O&M of water supply and wastewater schemes.
