Project to upgrade both manual and machinery operations to improve efficiency and reduce congestion in port. With the accent on import of both skilled and semiskilled labour for the Indian sub continent to man the ports and the indiscriminate procurement of machinery resulting in not getting the best blend for required efficiency.
