The Construction of Server Stations for Electoral Database (CSSED) project is to support the decentralization process of the Bangladesh Election Commission (BEC). The decentralization includes establishment of physical infrastructure at local level including division, district, thana and upazila to provide services to the people at the local level. These are: Four (4) Regional Server Stations at Mymensingh, Comilla, Khulna and Sylhet 30 Server Stations at district level are: Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Meherpur, Chudanga, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Rajbari, Manikganj, Munshiganj, Naraynganj, Sherpur, Hobiganj, B-Baria, Chandpur, Feni, Khagrachhari, Rangamati, Bandarban, Cox's Bazar, Sunamgonj, Netrakona, Noakhali, Laxmipur, Panchagarh, Naogaon, Jessore, Barguna, Bogra, Pabna and Patuakhali.
