WB funded Construction Supervison for Health Facility Constructions for Health Sector Support Programme (HSSP2)

The HSSP2 is defined as the wider development partner support provided to the government for the implementation of the Health Strategic Plan (HSP2). The overall scope of services include 1) monitor and supervise construction works undertaken by contractors, ensuring (a) quality of construction works; (b) adherence to specification; and timely completion works. 2) Interface and manage with all aspect of construction works 3) Administer the contract for the construction services and be responsible for efficient implementation of construction through careful monitoring of contractor performance. The project includes supervision of 102 health centres, 73 additional deliver rooms and will be procured and managed under World Bank Procurement and Contracts management procedures.
